CEWIA TechMicrophone and data used
The app accesses the microphone only while a measurement is active and visible. Samples are used in memory to estimate sound amplitude and are not used to identify spoken content.
On-device processing
Calculation happens on the device. No audio file is created, and the app has no internet permission and does not transmit samples or results.
Stored data
Language, theme and calibration adjustment remain in the app’s private storage. There is no account, advertising, analytics or third-party sharing.
Your control
Microphone access can be denied or revoked in Android settings. Preferences can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
